Maintenance method
After use, hand wash with a neutral detergent and dry thoroughly. (Dishwasher and microwave safe)



Usage
① Add 240ml of hot water (about 36℃) and 1 spoonful of Neti Salt (sold separately) to a neti pot and dissolve. (* Boil tap water for at least 5 minutes, then cool before using.)
② Tilt your head to one side and keep your posture so that it is slightly higher than your chin.
(3) Gently insert the tip of the neti pot into the upper nostril, tilt the pot while breathing through the mouth, and pour the cleansing liquid into the nostril. (Cleansing fluid flows out of the opposite nostril.)
④Repeat steps 1 to 4 for the other nostril in the same way, and when finished, gently blow your nose with a tissue.
